Personality: At first glance, Frej can be seen as quiet a stuck up and cold. He acts very confidently and sometimes he thinks of himself as the king of the universe. He is very well spoken, but if he gets upset he is known to be the most shadiest person around. He know how to stand up for himself and isn't afraid to do so, pretty much whenever. Most people thinks that Frej sees himself as much, much better than anyone else and to some degree, that's pretty much Frej in a nutshell, but since he actually killed himself everything pretty much points to him not really being that secure in himself. But that was a side he never showed to anyone. And since he can't remember his suicide, only those weird, empty feelings he had before he pulled the trigger, he doesn't show that side now either. Frej have a lot of issues facing his problems, and most of the time he decided to run away from them instead of dealing with them. It was one of the reasons why he left Sweden, he couldn't deal with the empty feelings he felt there, and it was one of the feelings why he pulled the trigger, he realized that he couldn't run anymore.

How Frej acts against you is completely connected to what he figures he can gain from you. Are you some rich business man that is offering Frej a job, he will treat you with utter respect, are you a sexy girl in a club he will be the most romantic and charming guy in there and if you are nothing in his eyes, he will treat you as such. Some people could call it fake, Frej prefers to call it strategic. He is in some ways an opportunist, because he sees everything as a chance to move up in life, but in other ways he is the most chill person ever when it comes to thinks like that since he is from a rich background and money have never been a trouble for him. When he moved to America that changed, of course, especially when he was thrown out of the family and written out of the family wills. He now had to fight for his own money and worth, and he realized that he was really good at it as well, but he have never been poor so to say. Inside, Frej is actually quiet somber. He doesn't like letting people in though and if he ever does, he might break down once in a while but whoever sees it, he makes sure to not let them get close again. This is something he realized after moving to America. With Elin, and a few other girlfriends, he was able to get kind off close to them, but now it seems almost impossible for him to just let loose and allow someone to love him and to love them in return. 
 
Background: Frej was born in Stockholm on a cold spring morning, he is the middle child in the Akerman family and was always the one kid in the family that didn't really get enough attention, his childhood was the picture perfect middle child syndrome. He grew up in a very wealthy family, his father was a prominent doctor and his mother was the ideal stay at home wife. They spent their winter and fall days in a exclusive two floor apartment in the city center, and their summers they spent out on their big, white vacation villa located on a large island in the Stockholm archipelago. Frej's life was alright, he never had to go hungry and always got whatever he wanted and needed. In school, he had friends, good grades and even a few girlfriends. But to say that he had a good relationship with his parents and siblings would be a lie, their relationship was quiet... Stiff. They never really spoke about things that really mattered and if Frej was sad or concerned about something, would never turn to them for advice. There really wasn't much love in the Akerman family, especially not between Greta and Markus who slept in different bedrooms and pretty much never spoke. There wasn't much love between the siblings in the family either, but it was more of a competition of who could get most praise from the parents. Being the middle child, Frej was mostly the one who didn't win.

After graduating with top grades from the Swedish version of a college, Frej enrolled for law school and six months later, he got accepted and moved into his own apartment near the school. He graduated with good degrees after four years and got a job at an esteemed law firm in town, where he worked for about five years of his life until he, out of the blue, decided that he had to get away. Frej never really told anyone why he felt the need to get away, his sisters theory on the question was that he had broken up with his then current girlfriend, Elin. They met during law school and fallen for each other and after that they had been together for about two years. The relationship had never been that great, and Frej was often out partying with friends and "accidentally" ending up in some other girls bed every weekend. He never felt bad for it, since he was pretty sure that Elin did exactly the same thing to him. So he just figured he didn't hurt anyone and in some ways he didn't care if he did. So for Frej this wasn't really the reason why he left the country and cut of all contact with his family. For Frej, it was as if he passed some sort of an breaking point when he turned 26. He grew tired of his everyday life and felt like he needed something more. 

So one day, out of the blue he decided to pack up his things and move to America. He moved to New York, where he got a job at a law firm quite quickly, and thanks to the money he have gotten from his family it wasn't hard to find an apartment. He found himself pulling further and further away from his family, and at its worst he wouldn't speak with any of them for months. It was as if was "breaking up" with his family, he certainly was running away from some sort of feelings back home at least. After two years in New York, his family caught up with him and gave him the ultimatum to either come back to Sweden or get written out of the will. Frej thought about for a moment or two, but he wouldn't come back. He lived in New York for a while longer, until the bills came up to him and he couldn't afford to keep the apartment. He lost his job a short while after and for a second or two he thought that he had no choice but to move back to Sweden, until he suddenly got a job offering from a small law firm in Kooching, Minneapolis, and being desperate he took it. He couldn't find and suitable apartment in town and because of that he had to take on in a small town an hour away; Norden. He moved into an apartment at still Sparrow Apartments where he spent his last couple of months. Frej never really was happy in Norden and he never really met or talked to anyone except a few girls he accompanied home after a night at Lake Pub. But other than that he was pretty much already an ghost in Norden, he certainly wasn't happy and looking back, Frej was probably in need of some mental care, he probably just needed to talk to someone. 

The drip that made the cup run over was when the law firm went bankrupt and they had to fire Frej. Being unemployed again, disconnected from his family and fear of being the one that failed, he just couldn't face it anymore. He got a gun and on a late Sunday night he pushed the barrel of the gun under his chin and pulled the trigger. Four years later, Frej suddenly woke up in the forest outside of Norden and without any recollection of why or what had happened the God's seemed to have given him a second chance to find a reason with life, the question now is just if he is going to be able to do so or fall into the same old patterns as before.

Appearance: First of all, Frej is very tall, 196 cm to be exact. He has broad shoulders and a muscular physic. He has dark blonde hair which he prefers to keep short and nicely shaped. He looks very put together, dressed to kill mostly. Since he worked as a lawyer before his death, Frej got used to wearing shirts and nice blazers, with a matching tie. He has light blue/green eyes and a slightly crooked nose. He usually sports some stubble, since he likes the way it contrasts with his, otherwise, very polished look. After he came back from death, he have been having troubles sleeping, so he might look a bit rugged. He also have a scar underneath his chin where the bullet entered. But it is very small and completely healed so it's not something you really notice.
